My favorite things about Bayside: The townhomes, deals being offered by developer, the northwest corner units
-
Word on the street: 16 units sold in June 2009 (all cash) – email me with questions; UPDATE – According to a Bayside by Bosa email blast received February 3, 2010, “over 100 homes sold!” That statement was clarified by sales staff on February 10, 2010: 85 units have closed escrow and another 25 are under contract as of that date.
- As of April 23, 2010 per sales staff: Building is now Fannie Mae approved and over 50% of the units have been sold
-
